Due to COVID 19 restrictions in the workplace combined with the limitations on our packers to get childcare during periods of school closure, our order processing time is extended beyond our normal quick turnaround.
Our fulfilment teams continue to send orders daily but you should anticipate 5/7 working days for your order to be processed and despatched. This is not our usual processing time and we are currently re-structuring our dispatch teams to speed up our processing again during the upcoming weeks.

You can see the progress of your order by logging into your account & looking at your order history. It will show you when it is processed & your tracking details.
If you do not wish to wait for your order you do have the option to cancel it right up until the time it is processed and sent. Incase you would like to do this, I have included below the instructions you would need to follow.
Order Cancellations Procedure:
1. Make sure you're logged in to your account.
2. Go to your order history.
3. Click on the order you want to cancel.
4. Hit the red Cancel Order button.
5. Confirm you wish to cancel the order.
You can only cancel orders that haven't yet been processed by our warehouse staff. Orders that have been processed confirm the 'processed' status next to them, and they don't have a 'Cancel Order' button.
Please note that an order transaction and a cancellation transaction are both separate. When you place an order the payment transaction completes. Then when you cancel, the payment needs to be refunded which is a separate transaction. Refunds take 3-5 working days to complete back the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
