DIRECTIONS
1.
At any time during the day, measure 15mls of Follicle Food and shot (drink) it, followed by a glass of water.

At night, right before bed, apply Folivate Serum directly onto your scalp and massage in circular motions. If you have long hair, we recommend tying your hair up in a loose bun with a silk (or snag-free) hair tie. If possible, swap your pillowcase for a silk one. They cause the least fiction to your hair strands and are said to be anti-ageing to your skin too.

Wash your hair as frequently as needed. Please note that our Isoflavone Shampoo is sulphate-free to be as kind to your hair as possible, because of this you will notice that it does not lather up as much as a traditional shampoo that you may be used to.

Use the Conditioning Mask on towel-dried hair as often as you wash your hair and leave it on as long as you can. At least 2-3 minutes before rinsing.
